Quality Program
Since our start in March 1996 we have made it our intention to operate in an
ISO compliant manner. While this is no longer acceptable to most of our
customers we intend to be ISO registered by the end of 2005 or at the very
latest the first quarter of 2006.
Supplier Selection
To meet the quality requirements of Canadian industry we select suppliers that
are registered to ISO or QS 9000 standards.
Product Identification
All products are imported into Canada with identification including container
labeling which references the product name, lot number, date of manufacture and
expiry.
Traceability
Product name and lot numbers are recorded on customer order forms prior to all
shipments. For ease of identification we use the manufacturers lot numbering
system to trace between a sale to a customer and a purchase from a supplier.

identified, documented, isolated from shipment to the customer and reviewed for
future prevention through corrective action.
Certification
We will provide C of Cs or Test Reports providing they are requested at the
time of initial order placement.
Records
Detailed records are available for review at any time. They are kept on file
for seven years.
